What is the main purpose of the Vegetable oil refinery  plant?
Vegetable oil refinery is focus on crude oil. Because there are many impurities in the crude oil, they not only influence on the oil edibleness and safe storage, and they also take the difficulty for further processing. But the oil refinery not means removing the all the impurities in the crude oil but for the harmful ones, such as the gossypol, phospholipid, mucilage , moisture etc. But for the usful imporities such as tocopherol we need to reserve it .
So, we will according to different requirements and usages , we using different methods to remove the harmul impurities from oil, to guarantee the qualified standards of Vegetable  oil.

What is the Vegetable oil refinery  methods?
General speaking , there are two refinery methods , they are phycial refinery , physical and chemical combination refinery method.
Physical refinery includes sediment method through utilizing different specific gravity, filtering ,centrifugal etc methods. For example, such as sesame oil , in China, most oil producers in order to keep the original flavor of the sesame oil , we will adopts the cold filtering method to refine the crude sesame oil.
Physical and chemicial combination refinery method, In fact , most oil refineries adopts this kind refinery method , because in most vegetable oil, if you want to get lower FFA, colorless and odorless Vegetable  oil , the chemicals are added. We have met some customers who is the first time to enter into oil producing , when they heard add the chemicials, they will worry about the final oil quality. Actually , it is no problem, because all the chemicals are food grade.
For our refinery  plants , most adopts physical and chemical combination refinery method. But if the customers don't want to add any chenicals, we can accord to their requirements to design it , it is no problem. In fact, we hope the customers know well more the oil production , then make a good decision.

What are the main processes of Vegetable oil refinery plant:
Our Vegetable oil refinery  plant includes 4 parts: degumming---deacidification---decolorization---deodorization.
After refining, the final user can get the good quality , colorless and odorless edible oil.
